Went to NYC to meet my penpal of 34 years & his family
After cutting out the Hellertown stop we arrived in NYC 30 minutes early on Sunday 08/08/2010 ... oh, not on this freighter.

Making our way back to the bus terminal after a very pleasant, fun-filled day in NYC with our British friends. 
...and finally, what is a big city without pigeons?!

How fun for you!!! Most folks looose touch with their elementary school pen pals long before they graduate from High School!! I'm thrilled that you've stayed in touch with him and finally got to meet each other after all these years.....
I'm also glad you finally figured out how to post multiple photos in one blog!!!

Looks like you had a great day. It is "really neat" (in Daddy's words) that you got to meet Allan in person.
